In a Cloud version of the Transcribe App you can recover your password using your email account.

On the Edge, where ability to send emails from the platform might be limited we have provided a different mechanism for password recovery - using a Password Recovery Key (PRK).

Password Recovery Key is a random string that can be downloaded from the Transcribe App and later used to recover the password if the password is forgotten. You should guard the PRK as you would guard your password, because if someone obtains the PRK and knows your email address, they will be able to log into your Transcribe App and lock you out.

From there your choose the Password Recovery page:

Then you need to enter your current password and click the Download button:

The downloaded file will have a name like this:

You  need to save the file where it will be safe, because if someone obtains the PRK and knows your email address, they will be able to log into your Transcribe App and lock you out.
