First you need to define the Phrases that you wan to detect under Project->Settings->Text Analytics
Next you need to click the + button under Phrases to define a new Phrase, you will see a dialog like this one.
You will need to enter:
- Name for the phrase - will be shown when phrase is detected
- (Optional) Group - only if you want to group multiple phases into a group
- One or more examples - the more the better. Each examples has
- Text phrase to match
- The sensitivity. If set to 1.0 then will require an almost exact match. The lower the value the more approximate the match will be allowed to be.
When you do transcription in this project, the system will try to find the configured phrases. If found, they will be presented in the Transcription Details view, as shown in the image below. If you click on the name of the phrase, it will be highlighted in the text.
