If something is not working as it should, Voicegain main request you to provide logs from the Zoom Meeting Assistant to help them in troubleshooting.


You can find logs as follows.


1) Use Zoom Meeting Assistant to direct you to the folder which contains the logs.


2) Find the right log file - usually the most recent file is the one that you want.



3) Email the file to Voicegain at support@voicegain.ai or, even better, submit a ticket via voicegain.freshdesk.com. If the log file is very large, it my be good to zip it before submitting it.
