Voicegain Transcribe allows users to create Projects to help organize and store all related audio recordings and transcripts. So you can think of Project as a workspace or a folder.


By default, when the User logs in for the first time, Voicegain has already created a Project for the User. The default user name for this Project is "My Transcripts". As shown in the image below, Users can select, switch and add Projects by clicking on the Project selector icon on the left menu. On the home screen, this is the first clickable icon and it is right below the Voicegain logo. The Project icon has a letter which is the first letter of the Project Name. On Clicking the button, the User can see a list of Projects and can also add a New Project.
