We are glad you are considering upgrading from your Basic plan which is free to a paid plan. You have two options to upgrade
Individual Plan. This plan is a good fit if you plan to use your account yourself. In other words, if you are not looking to share the usage or your workspace with your colleagues.
Team Plan: This plan is a good fit if you plan to share this account with your colleagues.
1) To upgrade your Basic/Free Account, click on the "Upgrade Now" link that you can see in the orange bar on your home page.
2) On clicking the Upgrade Now button, you should be redirected to the Voicegain Transcribe Pricing Plans Page. You will see a web page that looks like the image shown below. You can pay Monthly (once every month) or Annually (once every year) by moving the button shown below.
3. Click on Select Plan. You will see a web frame that will resemble the image shown below. (The image shown below is if you pick Individual Plan on a Monthly contract. You may see the relevant image for a the Team plan if you click on Team). Click "Upgrade" on this screen
4. You would need to enter your payment method. Voicegain accepts Credit Cards and Bank ACH as payment methods. Click on Credit Card/ Bank and hit continue. Please be prepared to be directed to an external website (https::/voicegain.mybillsystem.com/ManagedPortal/PaymentMethod) on a new browser tab where you will need to enter either your Credit Card Number of Bank ACH Information.
5. You will now be redirected to the website of an external payment processing provider. This provider is PCI/DSS certified and will store the payment card on behalf of Voicegain. Please select either Credit Card/Bank Account and click Add.
6. Once you enter all the Credit Card or Bank/ACH Payment details, you will be taken to a web page that shows your credit card/bank info. This completes all your work in entering your payment info.
7. Now the next step is important. You would need to return to the tab with the Voicegain Transcribe Pricing Plans (refer to Step 2). You will see a screen shot like this
And then your Voicegain Transcribe Pricing Plan should show your new upgraded plan as your current plan. Here is an image of how it will appear. You are now all set.
